Board Charter
As responsible entity of the Reckson New York Property Trust (the Trust), Reckson Australia Management Limited (RAML) has the responsibility of managing the Trust in accordance with the requirements of the Trust's Constitution, the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act. Most importantly, RAML must ensure that it acts in the best interests of unitholders and that the activities of the Trust are conducted in a proper manner. The RAML Directors oversee the management of the Trust and provide strategic guidance for the Trust.
The Board Charter sets out, amongst other things, the functions and responsibilities of the RAML Board of Directors.
