Code of Conduct
Reckson Australia Management Limited (RAML) has established a Code of Conduct which outlines the acceptable standards of behaviour and attitudes expected of RAML directors and employees. The Code of Conduct is drafted in the spirit of the Corporate Governance Best Practice Recommendations made by the ASX Corporate Governance Council.
The Code of Conduct covers amongst other matters, RAML's responsibilities to unitholders and the community as well as appropriate employment practices and RAML's compliance with legislation.
