Reckson Australia Management Limited (RAML) has established a Securities Trading Policy relating to the sale and purchase of securities (widely defined) in the Reckson New York Property Trust (the Trust).
The Securities Trading Policy outlines what conduct constitutes "insider trading" and presents the guidelines for acceptable trading in Trust securities by RAML directors and employees.
