Working Rules of the Compliance Committee
Under the Australian managed investments regime, Reckson Australia Management Limited (RAML) as the responsible entity of the Reckson New York Property Trust (the Trust) is required to register a Trust Compliance Plan with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. The Trust Compliance Plan outlines the measures which are to be applied by RAML to ensure compliance with the Corporations Act and the Trust Constitution.
The Compliance Committee is responsible for monitoring RAML's compliance with the Trust Compliance Plan and reporting on its findings to the RAML Board of Directors. In particular, the Compliance Committee is responsible for assessing at regular intervals whether the Trust's Compliance Plan is adequate to ensure compliance with the Corporations Act and the Trust Constitution, and to monitor the extent to which RAML complies with the Trust Compliance Plan.
The initial members of the Compliance Committee are Bill Robinson, Merv Peacock and Philip Meagher.
Meetings of the Compliance Committee are held at least quarterly.
